30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Boopie. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

Unused kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us first so we can give you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

The clay didn't work out?

Pets don't always cooperate! If your first print didn't turn out, email us with a photo within 30 days and we'll help you, and if needed send replacement clay free of charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received it after that, contact your bank first, then us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
